Statistics: Russians’ real wages rise by 6.9% in December

MOSCOW, Feb 20 (PRIME) -- Russians’ real wages grew 6.9% on the year and 34% on the month in December, the Federal State Statistics Service said on Thursday.

In 2019, real wages grew 2.9%.

The average monthly wage amounted to 62,239 rubles in December, up 10.1% on the year. In 2019, the growth stood at 7.5% to 47,468 rubles, the service said.
